Shipping

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: We charge a $5.99 flat fee for standard shipping. This charge is waived for any orders over $90.Ā 

Alternatively, if you live in West LA or San Francisco, you are welcome to pick up your order from us :o) To do so, please select our ā€œlocal pick upā€ option at checkout.Ā 


Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please expect 2-5 business days for your order to arrive.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently, we only ship within US states (excludes territories). We are working on expanding our international shipping options in the future!


Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

Exchanges & Returns

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 7 days of delivery for store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

A: To initiate a return, please contact us at teambiggiestudios@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with further instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: For returns due to a defective item or an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Q: Can I exchange an item?

A: Yes, we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To exchange an item, please contact us at teambiggiestudios@gmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange for. We will then provide you with further instructions. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

Q: How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

A: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Eligible refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?

A: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at teambiggiestudios@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.

Sizing

Q: How do I know what size to order for my dog?

A: Please see our sizing chart below. We recommend that you measure your pup carefully before placing your order to ensure the best fit. In the chance that your dog is in between sizes, we recommend that you size up. Please donā€™t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
